• The number of tournament points determines the winners – the more points you have, the higher your position on the leaderboard.
• The tournament is available during real-money play only.

• Each player receives a unique tournament round ID per currency.
• The tournament consists of multiple rounds. At the end of each round, the leaderboard is reset for the next round.
• Points are calculated using the formula: Points = Amount Won / Amount Wagered.
• Only completed spins or bets qualify for points and leaderboard placement.
• Spins played using free spins awarded by the casino do not qualify for points or leaderboard placement.
• For Buy Feature / Buy Bonus gameplay, all awarded spins are treated as a single bet. The wagered amount is the feature purchase price and the amount won is the total win from that feature.
• The minimum qualifying bet per spin is displayed in the tournament tool and may vary by round.
• Some tournament rounds may include a maximum bet limit. Any amount wagered above the displayed limit will not count towards the leaderboard score.
• A player will appear on the leaderboard only after reaching the qualifying score displayed in the tournament tool.
• If two or more players finish a round with the same number of points, the player who reached that score first will be ranked higher.
• Prize distribution for each round is displayed in the tournament tool.
• All tournament prizes are paid as cash equivalents and are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Prizes for cryptocurrency players are displayed in EUR and paid by the casino according to its payment terms.
• The Candy Casino is responsible for paying prizes within 96 hours after accepting the tournament results provided by Spinomenal, excluding applicable bank holidays.
• Eligible winners may receive an opportunity to use the Prize Multiplier Wheel within 24 hours after a round ends, subject to availability, local regulations, and casino activation.
• The Prize Multiplier Wheel may increase, leave unchanged, or forfeit a player’s prize. The result is randomly determined, final, and cannot be repeated.
• If the Prize Multiplier Wheel is not used or is unavailable, the player will receive the original prize amount.
• Malfunctions, technical errors, or communication failures may void plays, winnings, points, or leaderboard results.
• Spinomenal reserves the right to suspend players, disqualify results, or adjust leaderboard scores where unlawful conduct, abuse, exploitation, or unfair play is suspected.
• Spinomenal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the tournament or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
• Continued participation following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• Spinomenal reserves the right to stop the tournament indefinitely and without paying prizes if continuing the tournament may cause harm to Spinomenal, players, or participating casinos.
